We have declared several times that teamworking is a winning concept for us. Since our Company is used to move from words to deeds, we wanted, for the second consecutive year, to organize a day dedicated to overcoming one’s limits and fears thanks to the strength of the group and problem solving skills.

How did we manage it? Through a mix of typical Adventure Park activities, orienteering and skill games that involved more than fifty employees organized in six teams.

Map in hand and immersed in the breathtaking beautiful scenery of the Mont Blank Park – Prè Saint Didier (AO) – the groups drew on their strategic and organizational skills to successfully face the various challenges that arose throughout the activities, everything from Tibetan bridges, pulleys, questions to be solved to skill’s games.

The day began with an introductory briefing in which tools how to manage the emotional aspects the participants would have to face throughout the competition, were given  (ie. fear of height). Then we approached the safety of each component through the appropriate equipment provided by the Park and the technical explanation on its correct use.

Then each group, coordinated by an expert trainer, began its activity by planning the route to be covered, defining its priority and the target to be achieved within a fixed time.

It was an experience of fun and healthy competition that has been appreciated by all.

While the organization is already thinking about next year’s formula, we thank all those who got involved allowing the success of this initiative. To the next adventure!
